2019 Caspar Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Cultivar/Caspar Estate

The striking, deep-purple color of our newest release Estate Cabernet is just the first hint that something special is happening with this vintage. The nose has powerful aromatics of dense black fruit, intertwined with notes of exotic spices, cocoa, and wafts of cigar box. On the palate, the wine is opulent with black currants, yet it also reveals subtle and complex layers of brioche, vanilla, and new oak. The finish is rich, seductive, and lingers with wild cherry, hints of savory and soft eucalyptus, and a tinge of mint.
