2021 Scalon Barking Dog Vineyard Merlot Scalon Cellars

Winemaker Julien Fayard has brought us this incredible wine. We bottled a few more in 2021. Super-ripe plum, seductive cedar, and oak spice aromas are lifted and lingering. Velvety lush on the palate with an underwire of fleshy, chewy tannins and a tick of cafe mocha.
