FIRST EMOTIONS
This Paris' neighborhood embodied the neon lights of my childhood, a carefree effervescence.Alive, scurrilous but not as whorish as you might think, our elbows on the shiny zinc of bars-tabacs or on the white tablecloths of night-time restaurants, we would gorge on radiant wines.The memories of these first emotions guided the creation of this cuvée.
VIN DE FRANCE
Made like a real easy to drink wine, Glou-Glou, it is however a Vin de France.
VIN DE LIEU
Nicolas has gone organic for a long time, a conviction which is both rooted in his heart and which he feels in his guts...
The grapes accumulate the minerals from the area, and their juices have a crazy energy!
As with our other cuvées, human intervention is kept to a minimum!
GRAPE INFUSION
It is 100% Malbec on clay and limestone.
When the right ripeness is reached, there is not much to do, the technique does not really matter. Once harvested, the grapes are infused, without adding yeast or sulfur.
Pigalle remains natural to the very end, bottled without fining or filtration!
TASTE IT!
It’s a bowl of red berries, refreshing and pleasant, preparing you for hectic evenings!
Don’t be frightened of degassing it very gently before serving!
