Crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood and finished with multiple coats of high gloss lacquer, each layer is hand polished for a flawless sheen. Independently tested and compliant with EU food contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC. The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a simple clockwise motion, only use when filled with either black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns.
