GRAND VIN

A “Classic” Grand Cru, with a graceful and luminous appearance. The nose is refined, offering aromas of ripe fruit, underbrush, fine spices, and toasted oak. The palate is fleshy, flavorful, and structured, carried by noble texture and soft spice. Long, balanced, and harmonious finish.

VINEYARD: 19 hectares, western Saint-Émilion — 6,600 vines/ha — average vine age of 35 years
TERROIR: Sandy-gravel soils; sandy-gravel soils over clay
TYPICAL BLEND: 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet varieties
VINIFICATION & AGING: Parcel-by-parcel vinification; 18 months total, including 12 months aging in barrel
PRODUCTION: 3,000 to 4,500 cases

SERVICE: 16–18°C / 60–64°F — Decant for 45 minutes in its younger years

DRINKING WINDOW: Preferably from 5 years after the vintage indicated on the bottle

CELLARING: Store bottles horizontally, protected from light, at a cool and stable temperature, in a place free from harmful odors.
