Periwinkle Grande Salt & Pepper Mill is part of ADDISON ROSS' accessories selection, with its known format, function, materials, and presentation kept explicit. Designed to be a showstopper, our large Periwinkle Grande bobbin lacquered mill is suitable for either Salt or Pepper. The mill is made from sustainably sourced rubber wood, finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer hand polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. The mills can be used for grinding either Rock Salt (Dry Salt Crystals) or Black Peppercorns.

Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, or dried wet salt or pink peppercorns. Independently tested and compliant with EU food contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC. Do not leave in prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe surface clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water. Height including screw knob 35cm, Base Diameter 7cm. This is a manual table mill, intended to season food at the point of service rather than disappear into a drawer of occasional tools.
